We just spent a wonderful, fun, amazing, and memorable week in Boston and it meant so much. Boston is such a special place to me. Even though we have have been back in Utah for almost 2 years, it's a place where part of my heart will always be. I cherish our time there for so many reasons. Partly because of all that Boston has to offer. I am someone who loves adventure and everyday can be an adventure in Boston. All of the people that I met and enriched my life, made me a better person because of the friendships that I made. My little boys grew up there. But most of all I loved the person I became while living in Boston. I was so grateful that we went back there and all of those wonderful memories came flooding back to me. I wish I was more poetic and I could put into words into how I feel about a place but I just wanted to share some photos of our friends and our favorite places of Boston. I am so happy that we live in Utah. I love our life and all we enjoy here but Boston- there is no other place in the world that means more to me.

I have been waiting anxiously for you to post your Boston trip and let me just say it was worth the wait. It looks like you had a wonderful time. I love how you have the "Boston" song playing during the slide show. I know Boston means so much to you even though I like to give you a hard time about it! You are so right about your home, it is very charming. I love it. I can't wait until you take us to Boston someday!
You made me home sick for Boston next time Ryan and I are tagging along. I loved the picture of your house I loved that house (espically your kitchen). It brought back so many memories. We need to go next fall.
Amy
I just had to post as I too share a love for Boston and I was only a child, but for years I always claimed that's where I was from. I think that's where I became a real history teacher, living among all that history. My mom was always up for an adventure too, so we went EVERYWHERE. If you've walked the freedom trail, my sister Meg threw up at the feet of Paul Revere! Such memories. I love your Boston song too, will have to add it to my playlist! Brent keeps begging me to pack up the house and move to Boston it's always been his dream, maybe we'll be there again someday!
Sorry I am making another comment after watching the slideshow again. I loved the pictures on Beacon Hill, the Public Gardens and Walden Pond each picture brought back great memories. It also made me think back to when Wyatt was a baby who knew he would become such a wild man he was a calmer baby. Besides that he hated his carseat. Thanks for a trip down memory lane.
Lisa,
I'm so sad we didn't get to see you! Now that we're in Belmont and not the Boston 1st ward we miss out at seeing you when you pop in at church. Dang! I spent the afternoon with Julie and she told me you were in town, we would have loved to see you. Looks like you had a wonderful trip though, that's great. We'll have to rendevouz in Utah sometime....
Take care!
Brittany and family
I can't believe all things you can manage to do in one week! I'm glad I got to see you even if it was only a few minutes! I love Boston, too!
Ryan just wanted me to ask where all the picture of Chip and Mark Ferriero are?
Wow talk about memory lane. I think all of us who used to live in Boston will always have a special place in their heart for it.
So many great people who live there. I remember all those fun Halloween parties that we got to go to at your house, you truly are a party animal.
I can't believe how your kids are growing up, especially London, what a cutie!
We're excited to take our kids back to Boston, but I don't think we'll be able to do all that you did in one week, wow!!!! I wish I had your energy!
it was great to see all five of you - even if only for a short time! the pictures are great. would love to have the picture of the boys and i & you and i emailed to me! i miss you guys :-(
Lisa it was so fun to see you and your family. Looking at all the places you visited while here made me exhausted. you did more in a couple of days then we have done in five years, it also made me thankful to think that I live here. Thanks for sharing your cute family and beautiful pictures with us. you really have a beautiful family. It makes me feel like a lazy parent to see how adventurous you guys are. How do you do it all and manage to see Kevin Youkilis too, we have not even done that. Keep in touch
